Your reset was the doorway. The Ayurvedic Keto Meal Plan is how you walk through it. A flexible 5-day menu that teaches you not just what to eat, but how to listen to your body so you can thrive with rhythm and ease.
although I'm a bit reluctant to ask about calories, I'm curious how this meal plan fits into my life. Is it a reset like the other plan and we use it when we need it or is the idea that this is how to eat always going forward? Asking because I'm hungry after some of these meals and know that this is less than I usually eat. Will my body eventually adjust to having fewer calories and re-establish how many calories I need for fuel?
This is not about calories but about nourishment. Eat until you’re “full,” Julie. Assuming you’re checking in to make sure your hunger is for food, and that you’ve been present while eating, eat until you’re full. By full, I mean until you feel nourished but not over full. I’ve heard people say “eat until 80% full.” That sounds about right. Food should give you energy, not take away.
