I used to follow ‘eat when you’re hungry’ quite seriously and forgot to eat completely - with my hunger tugged under my over compensating stress.

Eating on time helped me come back to my rhythm, also he helped reduce my inappropriate snacking and need for sweet or salty foods 🥺 - they were doing more harm than help.

You truly have a knack guiding us back to the roots and belong to ourselves with simplicity.

Thank you. I'm glad you're coming back to your roots!

There's a dance we do between "eat when hungry" and "eat in rhythm". The first chef to teach me food as medicine (over 20 years ago!) said not to wait until I'm hungry because then I won't make the right choices. So when I'm not hungry, and it's time to eat, I pause to make sure I don't go unconscious and overeat my meal just because it's mealtime, and I just have a lot less, making sure that what I consume has enough healthy fats to take me to the next meal without snacking.

Crucial to define freedom for yourself. Done are pursuing a version of freedom someone else put in their heads.

No, the latter would not be freedom. It seems we’re all finally getting that!

Yes, it gives our bodies a steady rhythm and clarity we can count on to explore. And in those moments we can’t hold that rhythm, we now have a deep reserve that carries us through. I’m glad you were able to experience that at the resort!
