Lovely article Savitree. For many years, I thought I was meditating, but what I was really doing was planning with my eyes closed. Then I learned to observe the activity of the mind and come back to centre. Over and over. Now I'm able to do that even when I'm not meditating. And I believe that's the point.

Me too. I absolutely must meditate every day now. It's a non-negotiable because training my mind and activating the Observer has countess benefits.
