How to use this
Start here: Download “Proof of Concept Toolkit – Start Here” first. Read it before you do anything else. It will orient you to how this works and why.
Then follow these steps:
Print or save “What Are You Really Hungry For?” and the “Body Signals Tracker” where you’ll actually see them
Choose your lunch window (45–60 minutes between 11am–1:30pm) and protect it like a meeting
Run the “3-Day Performance Check” as written
Track your 3pm and 9pm — you’re collecting data, not scoring yourself
On Day 3, notice: What’s different? What’s clearer? What can you no longer pretend you don’t know?
