This was extremely well written and a breath of fresh air. One of the best lessons I learned in life was how to be alone with myself and my thoughts. I think it's an extremely important lesson that everyone needs to have but many don't. There's definitely a rhythm to life and when you're in tune with it and yourself, you're going to be okay. No matter if you're alone or not. Can't write my thoughts right as eloquently as you have but I relate to it. Thank you!
It’s not us AND nature. We are a part OF nature. Right? Which means when we’re in tune with it, as you said, we’re going to be okay. 👍🏼
What I see is most people trying to overcome nature. This brings deeper meaning to “we are our worst enemy.” Which is what creates the feeling of separation, and loneliness. Once connected to your own nature, nothing can make you feel lonely. Thank you, I’m so glad this resonated with you!
Thank you Savitree - for unpacking this very wise kind living - Eat warm, breathe slow, keep a rhythm. - and put it on a safe, repeatable, routine. Your whole being will thank you!
And if you can't find a solid therapist who won't answer that question! It's not the worst place to start.
Continue being you, Dr. Bronce, I’ll bet the world that you are an amazing therapist that changes lives. Based on what I experience with you here. And we do need some actual answers from time to time to help us get started.

Yes to your whole being thanking you!
On the therapist: He wouldn’t give me answers to anything 😂 Had me sit in some dead, uncomfortable silence. He absolutely changed my life.
Well, I’ll admit I do answer some questions along the way! :)
But your point was well made. Some questions therapists don’t need to answer. Or at least his point, so to speak.
Tricky business - the silence part.

Bingo! The part about help getting started. It’s why too much silence isn’t the answer.
