Welcome to the Sadhana Huddle
Daily group meditation, M-F, 6-6:30am CT
The Huddle is daily group meditation.
An anchor. A 30-minute practice that plugs you into your inner estuary (and sanctuary), to remind you that you are not your grind.
It’s the thing that expands time and your sense of Self and possibility. You gain from it.

When I do the huddle, my days are different. Better.
That’s because it breaks open the seed containing the code that expresses your unique intelligence. It delivers you your day rooted from this lens. One that’s owned. Self-referred instead of borrowed.
Your body is a ledger, and each practice makes a deposit. The more deposits you make, the more sustainable it becomes. Dis-ease turns into ease.
How the huddle works
You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
Simply show up, do the practice together, then leave.
When you can’t join, you practice on your own.
We do the same meditation for 40 days, making this easy to do.
I provide recordings you can practice with in case you prefer guidance.
Check in on our WhatsApp group: share your Ease Rating (below) or an observation, ask a question, witness each other’s experiences.
When we meet
Weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 6 to 6:30am central (Chicago) time.
Exceptions: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and when I’m traveling (we practice asynchronously during those times).
What happens in the Huddle
I choose a meditation set, and we practice it for 40 days.
I explain the benefits of each set when we begin a new 40-day cycle.
I choose mostly mantra and breath meditations because they shift physiology first, making it easier to access the stillness that feels so fleeting.
We open by chanting Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo three times, to call on inner wisdom.
We close with one long Sat Nam, to call up your Truth.
Ease Rating
From time to time, I ask for an Ease Rating (0–5):
0 = you didn’t show up for sadhana 🤷🏻♀️
1 = you showed up, and that’s about all you can claim 😒
2–4 = on the spectrum between 1 and 5 😊
5 = easy to get to your meditation space today, all smooth going, you tasted source 😇
You can check in with an ease rating when you’re practicing on your own, to stay connected. Sometimes people will share a pic of where they are practicing from.
Members often share a quick note on what made that morning’s practice the rating they gave it. It lets us witness each other’s experiences and forge a deeper connection. Whether or not you share it, I encourage you to track this daily in a dedicated sadhana journal. You’ll start to notice patterns, which is the first step towards intentional change.
How to get started
DM me that you’re interested in the Huddle, along with your phone number (including country code), to connect you to our WhatsApp group. I don’t assume you went paid for the huddle; there are multiple reasons people go paid.
We connect on WhatsApp, I get you up to speed on the current set, and add you to the Huddle.
Once you’re in, please introduce yourself!
Click on the title of the group at the top of the thread, and you’ll find the Zoom link there.
We practice together, we end, and we go on with our day. We chat in the thread.
Ask questions as they come up at any time.
We look forward to seeing you in the Huddle!
Common questions
How do I make this practice stick?
Start with what you can.
I started sadhana once a week. Then 3 times. Then 5, then 7. The consistency builds on itself. The group inherently reminds you to come back, and the rhythm anchors you when life gets chaotic.
But here’s the real magic: Stop saying I’ll try, and start with I’m doing it. They land differently in the body and make different decisions.
If it’s not morning for me, will this still work?
Yes! The anchor isn’t about clock time; it’s about the daily rhythm. Whether it’s your morning practice, your midday reset, or your evening close, the practice works when you show up to it.
What if I miss days?
You will. Life happens: travel, illness, chaos. The recorded sessions are there, and the group is there. Practice is all about the return, and the Huddle is there to remind you.
What if I’ve never meditated before?
That’s not a prerequisite! You learn by doing, and the group holds the steady rhythm for you while you’re finding yours. The sets are designed to work whether you’ve been meditating for 20 years or 2 minutes.
What if I can’t commit to every day?
That’s not necessary. Commit to what you can and see what shifts. The commitment builds as the baseline changes. And you’ll want to show up because of what you notice when you don’t.
Eat warm, breathe slow, keep a rhythm.
