Thank you for the list! Do you have any tips on breakfast on snacks too? When I'm tired or just in a hurry, I'm just too lazy to make a proper sandwich with vegetables and everything, so I always choose some toast with butter and that's it. 🤪

🤪 on oatmeal being horse food. Toast (with butter) and tea sound amazing. Sounds like it works for you. I skip breakfast altogether because I don’t get hungry until lunchtime, and my lunch prep time is built into my morning. I really only feel the crunch the week before I travel. Hence this article. When I did have breakfast, outside of oatmeal, I often had consommé or soup. Thanks for the question. I’ll do a breakfast article soon.

How do you feel after the toast and butter? If it carries you to the next meal without feeling like you need to snack or reach for caffeine, then it’s fine. Otherwise choose something warm like quick oatmeal, adding butter and maybe some nut butter and berries. I know you said you’re too tired to make a proper sandwich in the morning. Perhaps try making overnight oats and pull them out from the fridge before getting ready for the day so the chill is gone by the time you eat. Or better yet, you can warm it up. The important thing is to not have it cold. It will slow you down later.

My favorite snack is cashews. I buy them raw and then dry roast them in a pan then add EVOO and sea salt to them while they’re still hot. The preroasted ones use oils I’m not particularly fond of. Then I put them in the fridge and take them with me when I’ll be out for a while, particularly when I’m headed to the airport for long haul traveling.

Awesome, thank you for your tips! 💯I usually eat a toast or two 30 mins after I woke up with a warm cup of tea, and later, around 10-11, I have a warm brunch that keeps me going until late afternoon. I’m not really found of oatmeal in any forms. I always feel like I’m eating horsefood, but that’s because I’m too picky. 🫣🫣

Love the selection don't have most of those in Pantry. Will start stocking up.

For now my go to dish is always a bowl of fried noodles or noodle soup. My husband isnt that much of a fun BUT i can't leave without them, i am slowly becoming an expert in the dishes BUT i think the thick ones are my favourites

Im a big fan of soup! Love noodles, but I need to be careful with that one — for me, it doesn’t always feel good afterwards. I so wish it did!

You mean the soup doesn't taste nice or you get bloated or end up with stomach issues

No bloat or stomach issues. Soup actually is one of my favorite foods. I just have to be careful how much of the noodles I consume. I LOVE noodles of all kinds (i.e. ramen, pasta, pho, chicken noodle), and that’s the food I can easily overdo… but if I have too much, my energy suffers.

Aaagh I get it noe. That's a wide selection of them. What I don't know though is which ones l llike fried or soup.

I actually bought all my noodles online from China and waited for the 3 months shipping so I still have stock and when I see them decrease I cry.
