Day in the Life of You — Quick Start Guide (for paid subscribers)

Read this first (60 seconds):

What this is: a gentle snapshot of your daily rhythm from wake to sleep so you can spot easy wins.
What this is not: a verdict, grade, or diagnosis.

How to do it (10–12 min):

  • Pick yesterday or a “typical” weekday. Answer quickly; first instincts are best.

  • Answer every question. We’re mapping patterns, not perfection.

  • Baseline (1–10): give today’s overall how I feel in my body a number. 1 = running on fumes; 10 = steady, clear, energized. It’s just a personal yardstick you’ll use again later.

Mindset while you answer:

  • Curiosity > judgment. You’re not a problem to fix; you’re a pattern to understand.

  • Look for links: sleep → morning energy → hunger → afternoon focus → evening unwind → sleep.

  • Tiny levers move big things. One small change beats five heroic ones.
