Open notebook with pen; three handwritten prompts—Bright spot, Friction point, Next step.”
Map it, pick one lever, move on.

You’re exhausted at 3pm and you can’t pinpoint why.
You know you need boundaries but you can’t find that edge.
You make decisions at 4pm that your 9am self would absolutely veto.

This assessment shows you where you’re operating from depletion instead of capacity.

It’s not a test, nor is it a diagnosis.
It’s a mirror.

Here’s what you’ll discover:

  • Where your day runs on capacity vs. borrowed energy

  • The pattern behind your 3pm crash

  • Which anchor point needs protection first

  • One tiny lever that moves everything

Awareness is the gateway to change, into moving the needle towards owning your life instead of living a borrowed life — living on someone else’s energy, priorities, and values.

Take the Assessment now.
Take it again a month, or 3 months, from now.
You’ll have felt the shift before the re-take.
The re-take will tell you what’s on the horizon.

Before you begin

Pick a typical day. Yesterday works. Not your best day or worst day, just representative.
Answer quickly. Use your first instinct.
Remember: you’re mapping patterns, not performing.

On a scale of 1 to 10, note how you feel in your body right now (1 = fumes, 10 = steady and clear). You’ll use this number to track shifts over time.

After you finish

Write down three things:

  1. One bright spot you want more of tomorrow

  2. One friction point you can simplify (meal timing, screen cut-off, a short walk)

  3. One next step you’ll take in the next 24 hours

Then take action on #3.

Retake in 30 days

Track your baseline number. This isn’t to see perfection. It’s to see direction.

  • Today: _____

  • 30 days: _____

  • 60 days: _____

  • 90 days: _____
