I also think word choice is important -- I "get to" or I'm "choosing to" vs I "have to." It's difficult to make that shift because we're so conditioned to "have to" even when we're choosing the thing that we're doing. It's pervasive, I work with my birth clients to eliminate permissive language, too. "My dr says I have to," vs "my doctor suggests" or "my doctor recommends." The decision of what to do is ultimately my clients'

Savitree - "What do I know to be true?" I don't make the rules my body does. "What I do becomes a devotional."

And therein lies an oftentimes delicate balance. I appreciate you highlighting some of the matters of healthier living. It matters.
